Eric grew up attending Grace Church of Simi Valley and after graduating high school, he attended The Master's College and Seminary where he studied Communications (B.A., 2008) and Pastoral Ministry (M.Div., 2016). From 2012-2018, Eric served as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Grace Simi before being sent out with a team to Grace Fellowship of Alta Loma (now Grace Church of Rancho Cucamonga).  He has been married to his wife Ashley since 2008 and they have four beautiful children: Emma, Ella, Nora, and Jack.

Michael was raised attending and serving at Grace Church of Orange. He received his Bachelor's in Business Marketing from Master's University and is now pursuing his Master's in Divinity at Master's Seminary. Michael and his wife Taylor met at church in Junior High and answered God's call to marriage in March 2017. With a strong foundation as a pastor's son, Michael learned to love the church and those in it from an early age, helping his dad wherever and whenever he could.  Michael served as a Pastoral Intern at Grace Church of Orange from January 2017 until moving to Grace Rancho in the Spring of 2018.

Jordan Bakker is the Lead Pastor of Grace Brethren Church in Simi Valley, CA. A 2000 graduate with a degree in Bible from The Master’s College, Jordan completed his Masters of Divinity at The Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, California. Married to Erin since 2001, the couple makes their home in Simi Valley and are avid lovers of sports, Starbucks, and anything involving people. Jordan and Erin have been blessed with three amazing and beautiful girls, Morgan, Brenna and Luci.

The desire of Grace Simi’s elder board is to provide oversight and care for Grace Rancho through this transitionary time. As the Lord raises up elders and leaders here in Rancho, the elders in Simi Valley will affirm their leadership and hand over the shepherding responsibilities to them.
